Shipping & Returns

At Camenta, we carefully select every product with high‑quality fabrics and timeless design. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions.



1. Return Period


  • You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The 14‑day period starts from the day the product is delivered to you.

  • Requests made after this period may not be considered.


2. Return Conditions


Products to be returned must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags must still be attached.

  • Returned with original packaging and any accessories, if applicable.

  • Must be in a resalable condition.

Returned items showing signs of use, washed, altered, or not suitable for resale will not be accepted.

Note: For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear, swimwear, and similar products if applicable.



3. Exchange Policy


Customers wishing to exchange a product:

  • May submit an exchange request within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Exchange requests are processed based on product availability.

  • If the requested replacement item is out of stock, a refund may be issued or an alternative product suggested with customer consent.

Shipping fees for exchanges may vary depending on campaign conditions.



4. How the Return Process Works


  1. You must submit your return request through www.camenta.com or by contacting our customer service email.

  2. Once your request is approved, you will send the product back to us.

  3. After the product arrives at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality control check.

  4. Products that meet return conditions will be processed for refund.



5. Refunds


  • After return approval, refunds are issued using the original payment method.

  • Refunds to credit cards may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on the bank.

  • For bank transfer/EFT payments, refunds are made to the account you provide.

Shipping fees under statutory withdrawal rights are evaluated in accordance with applicable law.



6. Defective or Incorrect Items


If the product you received has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • After inspection and confirmation of the defect, all shipping costs are covered by Camenta.

  • Exchanges or refunds will be made based on stock availability.



7. Sale or Promotional Items


Discounted or promotional products are subject to standard return conditions unless otherwise stated.
Products labeled as “final sale” may have limited or no return/exchange rights, as indicated on the product page.



8. International Orders


For international orders:

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Camenta is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional charges.
